Padstow Classic Cornish White Rum - 50cl, 40%

Compelled by the beauty that surrounds us, we have double-distilled our white rum to create a clean, fresh anchor for your favourite rum cocktails.

On the nose, it presents blonde chocolate with a light citrus lift; this follows through to the palate, where creamy texture and flavours of sugar cane are complemented by a very light demerara touch. The finish is remarkably long, filling the mouth with more rounded white chocolate notes and a hint of spice.

This is the second rum in our Padstow-distilled range, and has already found fans in our Duke St bar. It's most popular pour so far has been in the classic rum daiquiris:

• 50ml Padstow Classic White Rum
• 15g Fresh lime juice
• 17g Sugar syrup
• Shake hard and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Finish with a lime wheel.
