Refund policy

You may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving it. Please get in touch with us by phone or email in order to do so. We will collect the order by arrangement with you and refund your payment within 30 days. Please keep all the packaging and return the order in the condition it was delivered. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of collection.

No orders are on a sale-or-return basis unless expressly agreed by us by email or by post. However, if after 7 days you wish to return the remaining stocks you have of a product you don’t like, we shall do our best to work out a solution that works for us all.

Should you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve complaints immediately, but in the event that this is not possible, we shall respond within 7 days. If you believe you have faulty goods, please contact us immediately.
