Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we are currently despatching all orders the same day if ordered before 2pm, and have automatically upgraded all shipping to Royal Mail 1st Class, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
For customers in the United Kingdom, we offer two delivery options:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - ROYAL MAIL
- 3 - 4 Working days
- Free over £80
- £4.99 under £80
UK deliveries are mainland only and exclude highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Any orders placed outside of mainland UK will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international delivery at this time. If you would like to enquire about regional distribution, please use our contact page.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transit, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Please send any delivery instructions (for example if you're hard to find) with your order. If you require a specific delivery time, it is best to contact us in advance.
Anyone receiving an order must be 18 years or older - and we operate a strict 'Challenge 25' policy when it comes to age verification.
While our site has inventory monitoring, mistakes can happen. In the event of a stock shortage, you will be notified and offered a replacement or an alternative delivery date. If neither is acceptable, you will be offered a refund.
Orders placed by 9am Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 9am Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
