Cornwall’s rum story is rich, rebellious and resilient. Its legacy is bottled in every drop—complex, coastal, unmistakably Cornish. Like the hundreds of thousands who visit Cornwall each year and wish they could stay forever, there are many who, once they have tried locally distilled Cornish Rum, wouldn’t dream of returning to a commercial ‘Caribbean’ version.
Our rum journey is rooted in the same principles that guide everything we make here in Padstow: patience, precision and a respect for honest craft. Each rum is distilled by us in small batches, using a careful balance of pot-still richness and column-still clarity, before taking its own path towards individual character.
From the clean, fresh profile of our Classic White, to the warm, rounded depth of our Golden Rum, and the quietly complex influence of French oak in our new Oak-Aged release, this is a growing family of authentic Cornish rums — shaped by time, technique and a little coastal magic from the Camel Estuary.
