Make It Special

Currently shipping Batch #002, distilled in Padstow, August 2026.

Compelled by the beauty that surrounds us, we have double-distilled our white rum to create a clean, fresh anchor for your favourite rum cocktails.

On the nose, it presents blonde chocolate with a light citrus lift; this follows through to the palate, where creamy texture and flavours of sugar cane are complemented by a very light demerara touch. The finish is remarkably long, filling the mouth with more rounded white chocolate notes and a hint of spice.

This is the second rum in our Padstow-distilled range, and has already found fans in our Duke St bar. It's most popular pour so far has been in the classic rum daiquiris:

  • 50ml Padstow Classic White Rum
  • 15g Fresh lime juice
  • 17g Sugar syrup
  • Shake hard and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Finish with a lime wheel.

We'd love to hear how you enjoy it best, so please do let us know either by tagging us on your socials #Padstowrum or writing a review.

Negroni Week 2026: Our Favourite Padstow Negroni Recipes

Negroni Week is back, which gives me a perfectly respectable excuse to spend rather more time than usual thinking about one of my favourite drinks. At its heart, the Negroni is beautifully simple: three ingredients, traditionally in equal measures, stirred with ice. But it’s also remarkably accommodating. Change the gin, vermouth or bitter element and you can take the same basic structure somewhere completely different.

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.
