Distilled from barley grown in the fields just above the beach at St George's Well, this original Cornish vodka really is the spirit of Padstow! As a base for so many cocktails, its purity is extraordinary, and its texture and smoothness make it a superb sipping spirit.

Our newest Batch #018 represents the culmination of countless adjustments to our fermentation and distillation processes, made possible by our new stills and a carefully selected yeast strain that brings out the natural character of our Cornish barley.

What makes this batch truly exceptional is how these process improvements have transformed the final spirit. The result is a vodka with an unmistakable soft creaminess and silken texture that belies its 40% strength.
