Multi-award winning - Padstow Gin® 'St George's Well' was awarded a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition 2021 & 2022, a Silver Medal at the IWSC 2024 in London and, most recently, a Gold Medal at The Spirits Business Gin Masters 2024.

Our original Padstow Gin® is nature distilled. We use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary.

To create a unique, light, London-style gin recipe of fine botanicals for the pot-still, we weave juniper, citrus, bay and the stems of alexander, a plant foraged locally, from the cliffs beside the barley fields. We then bottle at 42% abv for that flavour/alcohol sweet spot—the best Cornish gin - dry and exceptionally smooth.

Currently shipping: Batch #062 - distilled in Padstow, December 2024, bottled in January 2025!

Local Ingredients

Padstow Gin is made from GNS (grain-based neutral spirit), not bought-in, but from 100% finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily with the ocean breeze and covered in salty sea mist.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

Mixology

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.

The Spiced Orange Negroni

When made with our Spiced Cranberry & Orange Gin, this favourite amongst our Duke Street regulars takes on a roundness and depth that lands it firmly in the Autumn/Winter Cocktails category. I always think of this as a 'Halloween onwards' drink, and it definitely has a hint of the festive season about it...
