Padstow Gin® 'St George's Well' Original was awarded the Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition 2022 and another Silver Medal in the IWSC 2024 in London.

This smaller size version of our original gin makes the perfect Padstow gift or picnic-size drink.

We use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean. To create a unique, light, London-style recipe of fine botanicals for the pot-still, we weave juniper, citrus, bay and the stems of alexander: a plant foraged locally. Bottled at 42% abv for that flavour/alcohol sweet spot. Dry and exceptionally smooth Cornish gin.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.
