Padstow Distilling Bottle Opener

This is our Gold medal-winning, Pink Rose Padstow Gin, which combines the delicate spice of pink peppercorns with the decadent scent of roses, and adds a refreshing layer of sustainability, courtesy of our 'Refill & Reuse' initiative.

Instead of a brand-new bottle, you will receive one of our reclaimed bottles from the bar at Duke Street, Padstow. Each is carefully cleaned, sterilised, quality checked, and refilled, meaning less glass produced, less waste, and more reuse.

To make our pink gin, we use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean. The flavour of our rose gin has been developed from the petals and rosehips of the Rosa Rugosa, which grows wild at the top of the beach. Some may assume a rose gin to be sweet, but this is light, subtle and incredibly smooth.

Currently Shipping: Batch #014, distilled in Padstow, June 2025.

Local Ingredients

Padstow spirits are made from 100% finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beaches of Hawker's Cove and St George’s Well, swept daily with the ocean breeze and gently dressed by the briny sea mists.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

Mixology

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.

The Spiced Orange Negroni

When made with our Spiced Cranberry & Orange Gin, this favourite amongst our Duke Street regulars takes on a roundness and depth that lands it firmly in the Autumn/Winter Cocktails category. I always think of this as a 'Halloween onwards' drink, and it definitely has a hint of the festive season about it...
