Distilled from barley grown in the fields just above the beach at St George's Well, this original Cornish vodka really is the spirit of Padstow! As a base for so many cocktails, its purity is extraordinary, and its texture and smoothness make it a superb sipping spirit.

Our newest Batch #019 represents the culmination of countless adjustments to our fermentation and distillation processes, made possible by our new stills and a carefully selected yeast strain that brings out the natural character of our Cornish barley.

These process improvements have transformed the final spirit. The result is a vodka with an unmistakable soft creaminess and silken texture that belies its 40% strength.
