Now, we’re taking that collaboration one step further. With our new in-house labelling system, you can create your own personalised version of The Harbour Edition — adding a name, message or occasion to the label of this refined coastal gin.
The Harbour Edition brings a distinctive maritime character — bright, herbaceous, and delicately briny — shaped by coastal botanicals such as marsh samphire. Expect crisp, green notes balanced by gentle spice and a subtle savoury depth that lingers like the unmistakable aroma of a sea breeze. Exceptionally balanced and deeply evocative, it’s the taste of Padstow life — bottled — and now, uniquely yours.

LINE 2: Up to 38 characters, usually prints in silver/grey.

Local Ingredients
All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.
Unique Botanicals
We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
