Batch #002. Bottled in Padstow, March 2026.

Plush, ruby and made for the season.

Spiced Damson Gin folds ripe damson fruit into our St George’s Well profile, with warming spice and a whisper of orange peel rounding out the richness. Sweet-tart, silken and deeply moreish — equally at home with fizz, ginger ale or stirred into a cosy cocktail.

Key notes: Ripe damson, warming spice, orange peel, juniper.

The Perfect Serve?
A simple G&T made with premium tonic.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.
