SALES DIRECTOR

After over five years of building Padstow Distilling into what it is today, we’re ready for the next chapter — and we need a dynamic Sales Director to help us grow.

Located in the heart of beautiful North Cornwall, our distillery produces award-winning Gin, Rum, and Vodka, crafted from locally sourced barley and botanicals. This is a chance to be part of something special — representing products with an authentic, regional story and taking them far beyond our coastal home.

In December, we won a Gold Medal at the Spirits Business Gin Masters for our flagship St George’s Well Gin, and the demand for our grain-to-glass spirits is growing. We’ve got the capacity and ambition to scale production, and now we need the right person to expand our presence across Cornwall and into new markets ‘up country’.

What are we looking for? An experienced, well-connected sales professional who can engage the licensed trade, lead our market expansion and drive revenue growth. You’ll have a proven track record and ideally be based in the South West. In return, we offer a competitive salary, sales-related bonuses, and on-target share options — a chance to share in our success as we scale.

BAR MANAGER

As our spirits business grows, so does our team. David, our founder and distiller, has ever-increasing demands on his time, creating an excellent opportunity to manage our beautiful retail shop and bar in the heart of Padstow.

Your role will be all about customer experience, making the very best drinks from our medal-winning spirits and leading a small team of enthusiastic staff. Talent on the socials will be an advantage as part of this customer-facing engagement.
