All deliveries are mainland only and exclude highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Any orders placed outside of mainland UK will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately we cannot offer international delivery at this time. If you would like to enquire about regional distribution, please use our contact page.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transit, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Please send any delivery instructions (for example if you're hard to find) with your order. If you require a specific delivery time, it is best to contact us in advance.
Anyone receiving an order must be 18 years or older - and we operate a strict 'Challenge 25' policy when it comes to age verification.
While our site has live stock monitoring, mistakes can happen. In the event of a stock shortage, you will be notified and offered a replacement or an alternative delivery date. You will be offered a refund if neither are acceptable.
Orders placed by 9am Monday - Friday will be processed same day. Orders placed after 9am Friday will be processed the following Monday excluding bank holidays.
