The Padstow Gin Hawker's Cove Rose bottle & refill bundle is the perfect first step to enjoying our premium craft gin in a way that benefits both the environment and your wallet.  Consisting of a bottle of our award-winning Hawker's Cove Rose & Pink Peppercorn Cornish Gin, plus one of our innovative 70cl refill pouches, designed to help us all do our bit for the environment while continuing to enjoy the refreshing coastal notes of a true Cornish original.

Our pink Rose Padstow Gin combines the delicate spice of pink peppercorns with the decadent scent of roses. Some may assume a rose gin to be sweet but this is light, subtle and smooth.

To make our pink gin, we use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean. The flavour of our rose gin has been developed from the petals and rosehips of the Rosa Rugosa, which grows wild at the top of the beach.

Since their introduction last Autumn, our gin refill pouches have proved increasingly popular, especially among customers who visit our bar in Duke Street to buy their Gin.

Offering a considered alternative to glass, they reduce all our shared carbon footprints while extending the life of your original glass bottle, thus reducing the energy overhead of glass manufacture and recycling.

By reusing your Padstow Gin bottle, you're not just making a conscious choice, you're continuing a story of provenance, craftsmanship and care.

Sustainability should feel this good!

Refill, Reuse and Reconnect with what matters.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

Mixology

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.
