Distilled at South Quay during our inaugural Distillery Tour & Tasting Evening, Ultramarine is a classic London Dry gin. Bright juniper and citrus lead the way, followed by a savoury lift from marsh samphire, oyster leaf and our trademark Alexanders, bringing a distinctly coastal character to an elegant spirit.

This is a clean, crisp and quietly distinctive gin. Perfect for a seriously refreshing G&T, and available exclusively in our courier-friendly refill pouches. We've passed on the weight and glass efficiencies by offering a £6 saving over the equivalent bottled product.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
