Ultramarine is our expression of a classic London Dry gin, shaped by the distinctive freshness of the North Cornwall coast.
Bright juniper and citrus lead the way, followed by the green, savoury character of marsh samphire, oyster leaf and our trademark Alexanders. The result is clean and beautifully balanced, with a subtle saline lift running beneath the more familiar notes of a traditional dry gin.
Distilled and bottled only metres from the sea at South Quay in Padstow, Ultramarine London Dry Gin is crisp, elegant and quietly distinctive. A proper London Dry with an unmistakably coastal character, for an exceptionally refreshing G&T.
Local Ingredients
All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.
Unique Botanicals
We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
