If garnishing your G&T with a slice of orange is your preference, our Seville-inspired gin will most definitely speak your language! This small-batch craft gin takes our award-winning Harbour Edition gin and adds a bucket of sunshine in the form of Sweet Valencia Oranges.
It's the sunny ripeness of these oranges, with the highly aromatic essential oils in the peels that make them the perfect choice for our new, dry orange gin style, Zest of Orange.
"Great for a Summer G&T sundowner, the zesty twist also makes it the perfect base for a classic Negroni, which I've always believed to be improved with a little more orange peel than many bartenders would recommend."
NOTE: I'm always looking for opportunities to improve our spirits. Batch #004 now uses our new Harbour Edition Gin as its base, which goes a long way to bringing the zesty freshness of the fruit further forward on the palate. If you liked our previous iterations of this recipe, I think you'll appreciate this subtle evolution.

Local Ingredients
All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.
Unique Botanicals
We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
