BATCH #014 Distilled in Padstow, February 2026

We've tweaked the recipe to add just a smidgen more cranberry, resulting in a deeper orange-pink hue and just a touch more lift on the palate. This fruity, complex gin is based on our original dry Padstow Cornish Gin recipe, made from 100% local Cornish barley and infused with cranberry, orange zest and a heady spice combination of cinnamon bark, cloves & star anise.

keeping our batches deliberately small — just 20 bottles — allows absolute precision when extracting the citrus 'zing' from the Seville oranges, without drawing too much sweetness. We then bottle this unfiltered for maximum flavour.

Our 'S.C.O.', as we affectionately call it, makes the most warming fruity gin and tonic and the most sumptuous Negroni, or can be sipped over ice for an indulgent after-dinner treat.

All bottle orders are gift-wrapped before dispatch.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.
