Think long afternoons in an English country garden. A hint of warmth in the air, the clink of ice in the glass, and the subtle perfume of orchard fruit and hedgerow berries drifting on the breeze.
That’s exactly the atmosphere we’ve captured in our newest small-batch release — Rowanberry Gin. Made using our original St George’s Well recipe as its base and infused with tart rowanberries to enhance the citrus zing and soft spice at its core. This is a gin that’s bright, gently aromatic, and just the right side of wild.
I foraged the rowanberries last autumn up on Bodmin Moor, where the windswept landscape makes a perfect environment for the Mountain Ash trees that provide these sour berries, as rich in Vitamin C as they are in folklore.

Local Ingredients
Padstow Gin is made from GNS (grain-based neutral spirit), not bought-in, but from 100% finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily with the ocean breeze and covered in salty sea mist.
Unique Botanicals
We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
