Clean, elegant and quietly aromatic.

Our Fig Leaf Gin takes the clean, juniper-led backbone of our St George’s Well Original recipe and layers it with a soft, leafy aromatic that hints at citrus groves and fresh-cut stems. It’s modern, dry and wonderfully poised — the kind of gin that slips from late-afternoon spritz to a smart Martini without missing a beat.

Key notes: leafy green, lemon zest, gentle floral, juniper.

The Perfect Serve?
A simple G&T made with premium tonic. Plenty of ice and a wedge of fresh fig to garnish. Simple, fresh, and effortlessly elegant.

Or, of course, there's our new Padstow classic, the Figroni—number one in our round-up of the Top Five Negroni Recipes blog.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

Mixology

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.

The Spiced Orange Negroni

When made with our Spiced Cranberry & Orange Gin, this favourite amongst our Duke Street regulars takes on a roundness and depth that lands it firmly in the Autumn/Winter Cocktails category. I always think of this as a 'Halloween onwards' drink, and it definitely has a hint of the festive season about it...
