Crabapple Gin keeps the pure, dry structure of our St George’s Well Original recipe, while bringing a tart, mouth-watering apple character that lifts every sip. Think clean citrus, red-apple snap and a lightly tannic apple-skin finish — refreshing and really rather moreish.
Key notes: tart crabapple, citrus lift, juniper, apple-skin finish.

Local Ingredients
All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.
Unique Botanicals
We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.
