**BATCH #001 LIMITED EDITION**

Zesty Yuzu Gin – A Citrus Lover’s Dream

For a bold flavour and unforgettably 'zingy' palate, we've raised the bar again with this unique yuzu-infused creation, bursting with vibrant citrus notes and a refreshing aroma. Carefully distilled with juniper, locally foraged Alexanders, a touch of cardamom and pepper, every sip delivers a complex yet balanced experience that is perfectly complemented by a Navas Garden Tonic (or Fevertree Mediterranean).

Perfect for Every Occasion
Whether you're hosting an elegant dinner party or unwinding after a long day, this premium yuzu gin is the perfect companion. Its lively citrus-forward profile makes it an excellent base for refreshing cocktails like a gin and tonic with a twist or a sophisticated martini.

Our Yuzus come from a friend's farm in South Wales - and are harvested in October, making this a truly limited edition - we made only 70 x 70cl bottles (and 48 20cl minis which are already sold out!). The vibrant colour is completely natural and is from the wonderful peel of this extraordinary fruit.

Batch #001 launched 20th December 2024.

All bottle orders are gift-wrapped before despatch.

Local Ingredients

All Padstow Gin is made using the finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily by the ocean breeze. We mash, ferment and distil this spirit several times for the smoothest texture and delicate coastal flavour.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

The Padstow Distilling Summer Refreshment Guide

Summer changes the way we drink — and not everyone has the same taste in refreshment. For some, it’s a classic G&T with plenty of tonic and a slice of lime. For others, it’s something sharper and more citrus-led, or perhaps a clean vodka serve poured long over soda and ice. This is our guide to finding your perfect summer pour.

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.
