SPICED ORANGE MARTINI

The cranberries and orange in this gin have been infused with the spiciness of cinnamon, star anise and cloves which give a warming effect to this classic cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Padstow Spiced Cranberry & Orange | SHOP >
5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Fresh orange
EQUIPMENT
Martini glass
Shaker
Strainer
Measure
METHOD
Add the gin and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker containing six large ice cubes.
Shake well.
Peel a long strip of orange zest with a canele cutter over a chilled martini glass so that the orange oil envelops the glass and the peel curls inside it.
Double strain the liquor onto the garnish.
