Gin and tonic is a classic mix for winding down at the end of the day. Our original Padstow Gin makes this classic smooth with a complexity of flavours from the blend of botancials and alexander plants foraged from the water’s edge. Using Navas Cornish Tonic creates the perfect harmony between spirit and mixer as this tonic has been specifically developed by Navas to compliment and not overwhelm the gin, you can alternatively use FeverTree Light.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Padstow Gin | SHOP >
- 150ml Navas Premium Tonic
- Plenty of ice
- 2 Slices of fresh lime
- 1 Fresh bay leaf
METHOD
It’s an easy one! Place approximately 8 ice cubes in a Padstow Gin glass along with your lime slices then slide the bay leaf, stem down, into the front of the glass. Add the gin and tonic water on top. Enjoy whilst icy cold.
