Bright. Zesty. Incredibly Refreshing.

If sunshine had a flavour, it would taste like Padstow Gin Grapefruit. Bursting with the vibrant, citrusy kick of pink grapefruit, this beautifully balanced gin is as refreshing as an ocean breeze on a summer’s day.

With every sip, you’ll get a lively burst of zesty citrus, followed by delicate botanical notes that round out into a smooth, crisp finish. It’s perfect for those who love their gin light, fresh, and packed with natural flavour.

Pour it over ice, add a splash of premium tonic, and let the juicy grapefruit notes dance on your palate. Or, mix up a citrusy Padstow Spritz—a dash of prosecco, a hint of elderflower, and a slice of fresh grapefruit to garnish.

This is Cornish Craft Gin at its most refreshing.

NOTE: I'm always looking for opportunities to improve our spirits, so with a better maceration of the grapefruit peels and a more tropical flavour from the juice, we achieved a successful A/B testing. Batch #003 is full of bright, juicy notes and a rather fuller, more rounded flavour. If you enjoyed Batch #001, I think you'll appreciate this subtle evolution.

Local Ingredients

Padstow Gin is made from GNS (grain-based neutral spirit), not bought-in, but from 100% finest local Cornish barley, grown at Tregirls farm in Padstow. The barley fields overlook the Camel Estuary above the beach at St George’s Well, swept daily with the ocean breeze and covered in salty sea mist.

Unique Botanicals

We blend juniper, citrus and pepper with local Alexanders, an ancient coastal plant full of green, iodine freshness.

What Our Customers Think

We put our heart and soul into crafting a luxury spirit that invokes memories of the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside surrounding Padstow, so customer feedback is something we are always keen to receive.

Our Top 5 Negroni Recipes — Stirring Things Up for Negroni Week

Negroni Week is an annual celebration of one of the world’s most versatile cocktails, and at our Duke Street bar in Padstow, we’ve been shaking (or rather stirring) up plenty of inspiration. So I thought I'd share five of our favourite ways to mix a Negroni at home.

THE ULTIMATE RHUBARB MARTINI

After a season away, the Rhubarb Martini is back on the menu at 17 Duke Street. Just in time for Valentine's Day, this beautiful, long-drinking cocktail is all about flavour and balance.

The Spiced Orange Negroni

When made with our Spiced Cranberry & Orange Gin, this favourite amongst our Duke Street regulars takes on a roundness and depth that lands it firmly in the Autumn/Winter Cocktails category. I always think of this as a 'Halloween onwards' drink, and it definitely has a hint of the festive season about it...
