May, 2026\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis began as an experiment to create a vodka with a distinctive fruit character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrawing on some excellent Polish still design and the same philosophy behind our Heart of Hearts spirit, I made an additional cut during distillation, retaining only the softest part of the spirit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce I was happy with the vodka itself, I redistilled it with fresh raspberries and nothing else.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo sugar, no colouring, no additional flavouring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe raspberries bring a subtle character that complements the spirit, allowing the quality of the vodka to remain centre stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI'll be completely frank: I had no idea it would turn out this good.
